01. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Solutions World Parts SL provides a 14-day return window for spare parts, subject to the following professional standards:
Mechanical Parts: Must be in the original, unopened manufacturer packaging. Parts that show signs of installation (bolt marks, fluid traces) will be rejected.
Electrical Components: Due to the sensitive nature of electronics (ECUs, Modules), these items are non-returnable once the security seal is broken.
Special Orders: Parts specifically sourced for a VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) are subject to a final sale policy.
02. RESTOCKING FEES
To cover administrative and warehouse logistics, the following fees apply to all authorized returns:

03. RMA PROCEDURE
No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain one:
Submit a formal request to [email protected] with high-resolution photos of the part.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the return shipping box.
Packages received without an RMA number will be returned to the sender at their expense.
04. FREIGHT & DAMAGE
Damage incurred during transit must be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) document in the presence of the courier. Claims for shipping damage without a noted POD will not be honored by our insurance provider.
05. REFUND TIMELINE
Upon receipt at our Alicante Hub, parts undergo a technical inspection. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days via the original payment channel. Please note that bank-side processing may extend this by an additional 3-5 days.
